The idea of PhilosoPlanner comes from two fun things. First, my favorite meme of the original 4Chan memes has always been the PhilosoRaptor. But the idea behind planning can be found in some wise words from President Eisenhower:

The idea here is that by creating a plan, you've already done a great deal of legwork you'd need to have done to effectively pivot when you need to pivot, which in my experience happens like 99.9% of the time. Having no plan at all makes it a lot harder to handle unexpected events.
